Intelligent Integration Saves Money
Software. Communications. Vacation. Combo meals. These are all products and services that are available as a bundled package with the benefit of costing less than the same components purchased individually.

While the concept of bundling products or services isn’t new, it is growing into new territories. We can have our internet, television, mobile phone, and landline phone all wrapped up into one neat little package. Our new cars are bundled with mapping software so that we don’t get lost and a little button to push in case of emergencies. We can even bundle a vacation package to include room, meals, travel, entertainment, etc. So, why pay more by purchasing everything separately, when we can group it all into one package and get a discount? The following article is copyrighted by the Instrument Society of America Sept 2006

Every day around the world, manufacturers reap tangible financial benefits provided by an information system. The bad thing is when a project goes badly, it quickly turns into a nightmare that can cost time, money, and reap huge tolls in human frustration.

Trending Tool
Spot operational issues before they become serious problems with the Trending Tool from Sunapsys, Inc. Operators need only a Web browser to view time-based data from any database or predefined trends. They can map database field names to user-friendly names and export trends for sharing with others. The Tool enables users to plot levels, flows, pump status, and more. Holding the mouse pointer over a trend reveals its actual point values. Features include scroll and zoom, drop-down lists, and pop-up calendars. For more information email sales@sunapsys.com.
FREE Consultation Visit
Each week someone from Sunapsys has been visiting a client to perform a diagnostic check on their control system, review specifications for an automation project, or make suggestions for a better control scheme. AND, we have been doing this for FREE. What is the catch, you ask? We want satisfied customers who will not hesitate to suggest Sunapsys to a colleague or friend. Want to find out how you can get on the schedule for a diagnostic visit? Contact us at service@sunapsys.com.
Employee Spotlight
Tim Rumfelt, Project Engineer for Sunapsys, is responsible for control system hardware design, price estimating, and developing drawing & hardware design standards. Tim is also our purchasing manager, constantly searching for better component pricing. Depending on what is on his desk at any one time, Tim can be found wearing many hats (no, not a fedora). When not at Sunapsys, Tim is the co-owner, and one of the instructors, at Hybrid Martial Arts Center in Roanoke. So, if you’re looking for a price on a control panel (or tips on how to handle a bully) Tim’s your guy.
